Program Guidelines:

No waiting period

Age eligibility 50-85 can enroll

No monthly payment
-
Benefit $2000 for a cremation or funeral deposit

Must be a Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security recipient

Income less than $20,000 per year

You must not have any Life Insurance policies in force. Terms and Conditions will need to be signed

You must participate in Digital Classes via Zoom for self-sufficiency and a better quality of life. If 3 classes are missed the client will be removed from the Program.
