Terms & Conditions

I hereby accept the following Terms and Conditions of the Burial Expense Program. 

1. I am a Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security recipient

2. If I knowingly enroll in the program and currently have Life Insurance. In the event a passing occurs this benefit will not be paid. This is for seniors who don't currently have Life Insurance.

3. Death Benefits will be paid directly to the Funeral Home or Service your beneficiary chooses. No payments will be made directly to the beneficiary.

4. Your current income is less than $20,000 per year​

5. You are between the age of 50-85

6. Must participate in Digital Classes via Zoom for self-sufficiency and a better quality of life. If 3 classes are missed the client will be removed from the Program

7. I understand this is a free program and I don't have to make any payments.

8. I understand I must have an email address to enroll in the Program.
